Required for Technical Training Programme

By a leading organisation’s rural entrepreneurship development initiative, for implementation of a long term large scale technical training programme for the cotton grower farmers, following personnel in the districts of Ahmedabad, Arravalli, Gandhinagar, Mehasana ,Morbi, Patan, Rajkot,Jamnagar, Rapar, Sabarkantha, Surendranagar , Vadodara, Chhota Udaipur.

Preference will be given to the candidates with relevant experience in sustainable cotton production / Agriculture programme implementation/ Development sector- rural programmes.

Positions

Field Executives

Education: Graduate or Diploma in Agriculture or BRS or equivalent degree from reputed University
Experience: 1-2 years experience

Agronomist

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture or MRS from reputed University
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience

Documentation Officer

Education: BCA/ MCA or equivalent course in computer science from reputed University
Experience: Minimum  2 years relevant  experience

Procurement Officer

Education: Graduate/Post graduate/ BBA with diploma in procurement and inventory management.
Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant experience

State Coordinator

Education: Graduate/ Post graduate in Agriculture or MRS from reputed University
Experience: 8-10 years relevant experience

Project Co-ordinator

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture or MRS from reputed University
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience

Both above posts of State and Project Coordinator requires special skills like team building, networking,interpersonal coordination, ability to lead and to plan,organise, prioritize work plans, execution and reporting in timely manner.

HR Coordinator

Education: Graduate/ Post graduate with diploma/ degree course in HR management or BBA/ MBA with specialisation in HR
Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant experience

Finance Coordinator

Education: M.Com / Inter CA/ CA
Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in similar position, Knowledge about statutory compliance with procedures essential.

Accountants

Education: B. Com / M. Com from reputed University
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience, Knowledge of  accounting softwares like Tally, busy is a must.

Finance Coordinator

Education: M.Com / Inter CA/ CA
Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in similar position, Knowledge about statutory compliance with procedures essential.

For all above positions working knowledge  of computer  with MS office , excel and other basics is essential.
Good communication skills with proficiency in local language Gujarati and English is essential.
